****** NOTICE 2/1/2008 ******

1:45pm PST: We are currently communicating with our data center techs to resolve the connectivity issues with the server at #1B

1:52pm PST: The issue has just come up. The techs are all attempting to identify the core of the problem and we will be notified soon. This server is in the Dallas data center. This is the server that feed's our Real Estate MLS IDX solutions. Please be patient. We do not have access to even the IP address at this time.

1:59pm PST: Down-time was about 15 minutes and we are back online. No notice of what the actual issue was at this point, but it affected the main data center. Our backup on this server was very recent, we are running one right now and have scheduled nightly incremental backups.

To access your email, use your FULL EMAIL ADDRESS for your username.

New access information for your email accounts:

Incoming and Outgoing Mail Servers: mail.yourdomain.com

Username: full email address ie. you@domain.com

* In Outlook Express, check the box that says your server requires Authentication.

** In Outlook, click More Options, the Outgoing Tab, and select the radio button that says your server requires authentication and to use the same username and password as your incoming mail server.
